Questions
How is the player limit counted? +
Your tier caps the total number of players across all games in your bot. You can split them between any number of games as you like.
What is a "season"? +
A Secret Santa season runs until 15 February. If you buy in spring or summer, your bot is active through the next holiday cycle.
Do I need to create a bot myself? +
Yes, in @BotFather — it takes two minutes. You keep full ownership of the bot. We only need the token to handle updates.
Where do my players pay? +
They don't. Only the organiser (you) pays, once per season, through our billing bot in Telegram Stars.
Can I get a refund? +
If the bot never ran a draw, write us within 7 days and we refund in full.
Is my data safe? +
Each bot runs in its own tenant. Wishlists and chats are isolated; we don't share data between organisers.
